Our client is a rapidly expanding business operating within the digital infrastructure and technology sector.

Job Description

  • Drive fundraising and financing activities for large-scale business and project investments.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate project performance, investment returns, and strategic scenarios.
  • Assess business performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying financial risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions to secure competitive funding structures and financing solutions.
  • Review, negotiate, and monitor financing arrangements, including loan utilisation, repayment schedules, and covenant requirements.
  • Prepare financial reports, presentations, and investment materials for senior management, lenders, and key stakeholders.
  • Support strategic business planning through detailed financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Monitor market trends, financing options, and capital market developments to recommend appropriate funding strategies.
  • Manage credit facilities and financing instruments, including project finance, working capital facilities, trade finance, and related funding solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory obligations and financing agreement conditions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Finance Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Credit Analysis, or Lending.
  • Strong capability in financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis.
  • Good command of English communication, both written and spoken.
