With operations spanning multiple continents, the company is committed to delivering high-quality products through innovation, sustainability, operational excellence, and a people-focused culture that encourages growth and development.Job DescriptionLead engineering project execution from concept through implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to business requirements.Prepare and coordinate tender documentation to support supplier selection and competitive project bidding processes.Partner with procurement teams to establish contracts and manage supplier engagement throughout project execution.Develop and maintain project documentation, including engineering drawings, equipment schedules, commissioning plans, cable schedules, FAT, SAT, safety documentation, and risk assessments.Work closely with engineering and automation teams to develop User Requirement Specifications (URS) and review Functional Design Specifications (FDS).Manage project purchasing activities through SAP, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, goods receipt, and invoice verification.Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets and provide regular reporting on actual costs, commitments, and forecasted spending.Coordinate commissioning activities with internal teams, contractors, and equipment suppliers to ensure successful project startup.Oversee snag management, verification, qualification, and project close-out activities to ensure project objectives are fully achieved.Ensure all operational handover documentation, equipment manuals, training materials, and risk assessments are completed and transferred to operational teams.Develop training programs and knowledge transfer materials in collaboration with subject matter experts and training teams.Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage project risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.Minimum 10 years of experience managing engineering projects within a manufacturing environment.Proven track record of delivering large-scale CAPEX investment projects successfully.Strong engineering background with expertise in mechanical, electrical, or multi-disciplinary engineering systems.Experience working within process manufacturing environments is highly preferred.Hands-on experience in commissioning, startup, and equipment qualification activities.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.Experience leading tendering processes, supplier selection, and contract management activities.Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Strong financial and budget management capabilities with experience controlling project costs.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and international teams.Good command in English.What's on OfferLead high-impact CAPEX projects in a world-class FMCG environment.Gain exposure to global teams, innovation, and manufacturing excellence.ContactNantipat PongsirikunQuote job refJN-072026-7068862Phone number+6620125001Job summarySectorEngineering & ManufacturingSpecialisationProject / Programme ManagementWhat is your area of specialisation?FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)LocationChachoengsao ProvinceContract TypePermanentConsultant nameNantipat PongsirikunConsultant phone+6620125001Job ReferenceJN-072026-7068862
