Job Description

  • Lead assigned factory expansion and new product development projects end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
  • Manage capital investment (CAPEX), commercialization, and factory improvement projects in a growing plant.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners to achieve aligned project outcomes.
  • Develop project plans, milestones, and budgets while proactively managing risks and changes.
  • Review and approve technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with engineering and HSE standards.
  • Support business cases including feasibility studies, cost analysis, and ROI evaluations.
  • Report progress clearly to senior stakeholders and contribute to continuous process improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial); Master's is an advantage.
  • 5-8 years of experience in project or capital engineering within industrial or FMCG environments.
  • Strong knowledge of CAPEX project delivery, technical documentation, and contractor coordination.
  • Solid commercial acumen including cost control, investment analysis, and business case development.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
