Job Description

  • Lead and supervise the production team to ensure daily operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Oversee end-to-end manufacturing activities, ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved.
  • Manage and coordinate the mixing process, ensuring compliance with production procedures and specifications.
  • Monitor workflow across weighing, measuring, compounding, mixing, filling, and labeling processes.
  • Develop strong working relationships with production staff and foster a positive team environment.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to improve team capability and performance.
  • Ensure production activities comply with safety, quality, and operational requirements.
  • Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth production planning and execution.
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and operational documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and team performance.
  • Support management in achieving operational goals and preparing the team for future growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience supervising or leading production teams within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with mixing processes and related production operations.
  • Background in chemical, food, flavor, fragrance, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or other process manufacturing industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people and build strong relationships with shopfloor employees.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
  • Good organizational and team management capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
  • Good command of Thai and English.
  • Potential and ambition to progress into a Production Manager role in the future.
