Job Description

  • Lead process design and technical solutions for projects or production lines, including specification and equipment dimensioning
  • Monitor and analyze process performance (KPIs), identify losses, and implement improvement actions to optimize efficiency
  • Provide technical support to sales, projects, and operations, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Conduct process audits, validation, and compliance checks to ensure alignment with quality, safety, and standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean activities, training, and best practice implementation



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Food, Process, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
  • Proven experience (approx. 3-5+ years) in process engineering, manufacturing, or production environment
  • Strong knowledge of process design, equipment, and industrial production systems (food/dairy/beverage preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with experience in problem-solving, KPI analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean)
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work in cross-functional and global teams
