Job Description

  • Manage end-of-month financial close activities and ensure accuracy of reported figures
  • Develop comprehensive reports covering operational costs, production, and sales performance, including key metrics
  • Analyze variances between planned and actual costs, identifying key drivers and recommending actions
  • Coordinate annual production forecasts and ensure alignment across departments
  • Prepare and submit financial reporting packages to regional and global stakeholders within deadlines
  • Track financial performance indicators and escalate significant variances to leadership
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes across operations, overhead, and capital spending
  • Perform scenario modeling to support strategic decisions
  • Maintain and update product cost structures, including labor rates and tariff calculations
  • Review material costing and validate accuracy before system release
  • Evaluate product cost performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Support internal stakeholders with cost-saving initiatives
  • Oversee project financial tracking within ERP systems
  • Ensure proper setup and compliance of cost centers and project structures
  • Contribute to enterprise risk management by assessing risks and supporting mitigation plans
  • Ensure adherence to internal standards and continuously improve risk management processes



The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Controller should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, economics, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial controlling or analytical roles
  • Background in multinational manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of standard costing and product costing methodologies
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
  • Advanced Excel capability is essential
  • Experience with SAP systems; familiarity with S/4HANA is an advantage
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt quickly to new challenges
  • Proactive mindset with strong willingness to learn and improve processes
  • Demonstrates maturity and accountability in a professional setting

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary between THB 1,080,000 and THB 1,320,000 annually.
  • Basic salary up to THB 100,000 per month, plus a housing allowance of 10% of the basic salary.
  • Fixed annual bonus and variable bonus.
  • Participation in a provident fund with a 5% contribution.
  • Flexible working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
