Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all ocean freight export operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline logistics and export processes.
  • Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and resolve any shipment concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to international shipping regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to export operations.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving strategies within the logistics chain.
  • Lead and support team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as freight forwarders and customs brokers.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong expertise in ocean freight export operations within freight forwarding business
  • In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge in CargoWiseOne
  • Good command in English
  • Experience in managing logistics processes and coordinating with diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
