Job Description

  • Oversee and manage claims for Marine, Casualty, and Financial Lines, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Evaluate claims documentation and assess coverage according to policy terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve claims effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on complex claims cases.
  • Monitor claims trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines in all claims activities.
  • Prepare detailed claims reports and present findings to senior management.
