Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing manufacturing engineering team, ensuring strong technical support, product qualification, and process excellence.
  • Manage engineering resources, budgets, and departmental priorities to achieve operational and business objectives.
  • Drive manufacturing process optimization through validation activities, technical studies, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee technical infrastructure, manufacturing systems, engineering specifications, and support technology integration across production operations.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies, monitor equipment performance, and lead root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Ensure effective control of engineering documentation, technical drawings, work instructions, and engineering change management processes while maintaining quality standards.
  • Lead cross-functional engineering projects, provide technical expertise to operational teams, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science; an advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing environments, with strong exposure to process improvement, quality management, and manufacturing engineering.
  • Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SPC, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and communication skills, with experience working in multinational or global organizations.
  • Fluent English communication skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and a hands-on management approach.
