The Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for managing and supporting sales and logistics for Thailand and Vietnam. The role includes customer and retailer management, sales reporting and forecasting, stock allocation, as well as support to marketing, customer events and international projects.

Job Description

  • Implement and execute the sales strategy for Thailand and Vietnam in line with regional guidelines.
  • Define monthly sales objectives with retail partners and monitor sell-out performance through regular reviews and reports.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and sales reports, including quarterly business reviews.
  • Manage stock allocation, inventory and delivery scheduling in coordination with regional logistics.
  • Maintain close relationships with retail partners and handle key enquiries from retailers and customers.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Manage and update key client databases, ensuring a high level of customer intimacy, especially for top-tier clientele.
  • Support customer engagement activities (VIP events, client dinners, boutique activations) in collaboration with the marketing team.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Language: Fluent in Thai and English
  • More than 5 years' experience in a similar position with a luxury or premium brand; experience leading a small team is required.
  • Solid experience working with sales and marketing teams, vendors, agencies and retail partners.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with very good written communication.

  • Strong ability to prepare clear and impactful presentations.
  • Ability to manage budgets efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to formalise analysis and recommendations.
