Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end logistics operations (inbound & outbound), including inventory control and distribution.
  • Supervise and lead the logistics team to achieve operational objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth product flow.
  • Coordinate end-to-end import and export activities, including customs clearance processes
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements, including customs, tax, FDA, and CITES
  • Plan and manage shipments in alignment with warehouse operations
  • Oversee store logistics, including stock delivery and replenishment activities
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of all documentation and regulatory submissions
  • Manage transportation operations, reverse logistics, and logistics support for special events

The Successful Applicant



  • Hands-on logistics role with strong operational and compliance focus
  • High coordination with internal teams and external partners
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet performance targets.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in logistics.
  • Fluent command in English
