Job Description

    • Lead and manage engineering and drafting teams on medium to large-scale projects
    • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
    • Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
    • Mentor and develop team members to enhance technical capabilities
    • Produce design calculations, reports, specifications, and proposals
    • Ensure compliance with client requirements and project objectives



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Strong experience in structural design, including RC, post-tensioned, and steel structures
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a consulting engineering environment preferred
  • Professional Engineer license in Thailand is an advantage
  • Proficiency in tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, or RAPT
  • Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in a collaborative environment
