Job Description

Design and build scalable, secure, high-performance data platforms

Lead implementation of modern data stack (streaming, batch pipelines, ETL/ELT, reporting, governance)

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and analysts to deliver data solutions

Drive automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD

Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security

Mentor junior engineers and promote technical best practices

Evaluate new technologies and improve platform capabilities

Lead incident management and root cause analysis

The Successful Applicant

Strong in cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and automation

Expertise in data pipelines, streaming (Kafka, Flink, Debezium), and databases (MS SQL, Postgres)

Experience with reporting tools (SSRS, SQL) and governance frameworks

Proficient in Python, Java, .NET, JIRA, Confluence

Experience with AI/LLMs is a plus

Background working with distributed and matrix teams
