Job Description

Reporting to regional HR leadership and partnering closely with the Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Thailand HR function, supporting organizational transformation, and ensuring the people strategy aligns with ambitious business expansion plans.

This position offers excellent exposure to regional stakeholders, strong support from both regional HR leaders and local management, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on the organization's future success.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources operations for Thailand.
  • Drive HR transformation initiatives, including process improvements, organizational effectiveness, and change management programs.
  • Partner closely with the Country Manager and business leaders to provide strategic and practical HR advice on workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Support business expansion by providing guidance on people-related matters, organizational structure, hiring strategies, and workforce capabilities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the local HR team to ensure strong execution and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with regional HR teams and collaborate effectively across multiple markets and cultures.
  • Champion employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Thailand labor laws and company policies while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance issues, and people challenges.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong experience leading HR transformation, organizational change, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Experience within retail, consumer, FMCG, or other fast-paced commercial environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong people leadership experience with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable operating in a dynamic growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Thailand employment legislation and HR best practices.
