Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain and procurement plans to optimise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee sourcing strategies to ensure the availability of high-quality materials and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain improvements.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure seamless operations and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor and forecast supply chain trends to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Lead the development of policies and procedures to enhance procurement and supply chain functions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the supply chain and procurement teams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven leadership experience within the procurement and supply chain functions.
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain operations and procurement strategies.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Experience in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
