About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing, premium leisure and lifestyle operator with multiple flagship locations in Bangkok. Combining sport, community, and customer experience, the business is entering a new phase of expansion and is looking to strengthen its operational leadership.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistency in service quality, safety, and customer experience
  • Implement and improve SOPs, operational processes, and performance standards
  • Lead, train, and develop on-site teams, fostering a strong service-driven culture
  • Monitor key business metrics (traffic, conversion, retention, customer satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement
  • Support budgeting and cost control initiatives in collaboration with senior management
  • Enhance customer experience across all touchpoints and improve retention
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, programs, F&B, etc.) to drive business performance
  • Support the operational setup of new locations and contribute to expansion projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in operations within multi-site environments (leisure, hospitality, retail, fitness, or related industries)
  • Strong hands-on operational mindset with the ability to manage teams and day-to-day activities
  • Good understanding of customer experience and service excellence
  • Exposure to KPI tracking and performance management
  • High potential profile with ambition to grow into a senior leadership role
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (Thai is a plus)
