Job Description

  • Provide strategic financial leadership, shaping both short- and long-term business direction
  • Deliver data-backed insights to improve financial performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Optimize capital allocation and ensure new initiatives meet profitability and efficiency targets
  • Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the organization
  • Ensure timely and accurate closing of financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Present financial results and insights to the Board, ensuring high-quality reporting standards
  • Monitor financial risks by evaluating investments, liabilities, and overall financial exposure
  • Analyze key financial metrics to identify inefficiencies and drive operational improvements
  • Lead and execute strategic investment plans aligned with business growth objectives
  • Develop and mentor the finance team, fostering strong performance and professional growth
  • Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and advisors

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
  • At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with strong strategic and business partnering exposure
  • Proven track record in senior finance leadership roles (e.g., Head of Finance or equivalent)
  • Prior experience in IPO projects or working within listed companies is highly advantageous
  • Background in audit firms is preferred
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is preferred
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are beneficial
