Job Description

  • Lead the overall business operation with full accountability for profit and loss performance, ensuring achievement of revenue, EBIT, and gross profit targets.
  • Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations including Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain functions.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, yield, equipment efficiency, and on-time delivery performance.
  • Ensure compliance with international food safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including customer and certification audits.
  • Manage commercial activities across multiple sales channels, including Modern Trade, HoReCa, distributors, and OEM/ODM partnerships.
  • Lead demand planning, forecasting, and integrated business planning processes while optimizing costs and profitability.
  • Strengthen customer relationships, enhance service levels, and support business expansion in domestic and export markets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, seafood, or consumer products industries, including senior leadership experience.
  • Proven expertise in plant management, supply chain, and commercial operations, with hands-on experience in cannery or protein-based food production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety systems, quality standards, financial management, budgeting, costing, and profitability improvement.
  • Fluent in Thai and English with excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning capabilities.
