Job Description

  • Develop and manage the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and profitability.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analyses and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth within the FMCG sector.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
  • Support senior management with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee financial modelling to evaluate business scenarios and investment opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) manager should have:

  • A strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings to stakeholders effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Thai Speaker with good English proficiency
