Job Description

  • Provide strategic financial leadership aligned with organizational objectives
  • Partner with senior leadership as a trusted advisor on financial matters
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
  • Monitor financial performance and deliver insightful variance analysis with recommendations
  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger and closing cycles
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with internal and external standards
  • Maintain compliance with local taxation, statutory regulations, and reporting requirements
  • Manage cash flow planning and ensure overall financial sustainability
  • Supervise treasury operations including payments, banking, and reconciliations
  • Oversee billing processes and revenue collection cycles
  • Strengthen internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworks
  • Support procurement processes and contract reviews to ensure cost efficiency
  • Lead audit processes and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and data integrity
  • Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and capability growth

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (professional certifications preferred)
  • Proven experience in financial leadership roles with team management responsibility
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, and compliance
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, taxation, and internal controls
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with strong English proficiency
