Job Description

  • Lead and manage day-to-day estate operations, including utilities management, facilities maintenance, safety protocols, and security systems, ensuring reliable and efficient performance across the estate
  • Oversee township infrastructure and service delivery, ensuring all systems (power, water, waste, roads, and common areas) operate seamlessly and meet required standards
  • Develop and maintain strong tenant relationships through proactive engagement, community-building initiatives, and responsive issue resolution to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational excellence by implementing best practices, optimising processes, and ensuring cost efficiency across all operational functions
  • Establish and enforce robust risk management practices and ensure full compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and smooth transition for newly developed or handed-over assets
  • Monitor operational performance through KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring high service quality standards are consistently met

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in engineering and estate operations management, particularly in utilities and maintenance within industrial estates, logistics parks, warehouses, data centers, or semiconductor environments
  • Strong background in real estate or infrastructure operations, with the ability to support project development and transition from construction to full operational setup
  • Hands-on and execution-focused leader who is proactive, resilient, and thrives in fast-paced, problem-solving environments
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale operations from the ground up, including setting up systems, processes, and teams in new or evolving developments
  • Strong technical knowledge of utilities systems, infrastructure management, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage tenants, contractors, and authorities while maintaining high service standards
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and the drive to continuously improve operational performance
  • Energetic and adaptable professional with the capability to manage complex challenges and deliver consistent outcomes in dynamic settings
