Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company's engineering strategy, technology roadmap, and organizational capability plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, Test Development, Automation, and Industrial Engineering.
  • Drive product industrialization, Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Testability (DFT) to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle support.
  • Oversee Engineering BOM management, engineering change control (ECO/ECN), product lifecycle management, and obsolescence strategies.
  • Establish world-class manufacturing, test engineering, automation, and process development capabilities to improve quality, productivity, and cost competitiveness.
  • Partner with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support new business opportunities, product development, qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage engineering budgets, capital investments, resource planning, and automation programs to maximize operational and financial performance.
  • Provide executive leadership through strategic planning, governance, risk management, and technical guidance across power electronics and magnetics manufacturing operations.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive leadership experience in Engineering Management or Engineering Director roles within Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Power Electronics, or related high-tech manufacturing industries.
  • Strong expertise in product industrialization, manufacturing engineering, test development, automation, product lifecycle management, and engineering change control.
  • Demonstrated success leading large multidisciplinary engineering teams and driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and business transformation.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and customer-facing communication skills, with experience engaging executive leadership and global customers.
