Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account managers and executives to achieve business targets
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company KPIs and strategic objectives
  • Monitor performance metrics across client portfolios and implement optimization strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure profitability across assigned business units
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, creative, production, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions
  • Identify business opportunities and propose innovative growth strategies for clients
  • Analyze data and performance trends to guide decision-making and improve outcomes
  • Ensure high-quality execution of campaigns across e-commerce and social commerce platforms
  • Develop succession plans and nurture high-potential talent within the team
  • Address operational challenges and provide timely resolutions
  • Continuously optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platforms, and competitor activities

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, sales, or account management
  • Proven experience managing teams and driving business performance
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision making
  • Solid understanding of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tiktok , Shoppe platform)
  • Strong communication skills in English with experience managing client relationships
