Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and troubleshoot retail applications to ensure business continuity
  • Maintain data accuracy and build performance dashboards for decision-making
  • Deliver and implement technical solutions aligned with business needs
  • Coordinate system rollouts, testing, and documentation across regions
  • Create user guides and conduct training (MS Office, SQL, systems)
  • Collaborate with global IT, security, infrastructure, and business teams



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in retail systems support/integration (ERP, POS)
  • Strong SQL skills (mandatory)
  • Experience in API system integration
  • Good understanding of retail operations
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in a global team
