Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize AI and automation use cases across business functions.
  • Lead the development, deployment, and integration of AI/GenAI solutions.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
  • Ensure availability, performance, and continuous improvement of business systems (ERP, MES, CRM, Microsoft 365, etc.).
  • Work closely with global and local stakeholders to deliver technology projects.
  • Manage IT vendors, budgets, and technology roadmaps.
  • Establish IT and AI governance, security, and best practices.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives and user adoption.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management, digital transformation, AI, or related areas.
  • Experience managing enterprise applications, infrastructure, and IT operations.
  • Exposure to AI/ML, data analytics, automation, or GenAI solutions.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred, particularly in production, quality, supply chain, or smart factory environments.
