Job Description

AI Strategy & Adoption

  • Identify emerging AI technologies and assess their relevance and potential impact on FMCG business functions.
  • Develop and execute AI adoption roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
  • Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for AI solutions and tools.



Business Engagement & Consulting

  • Partner with business stakeholders (Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, etc.) to identify high-value use cases.
  • Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
  • Drive awareness and education on AI capabilities across the organization.



Technology Scouting & Innovation

  • Continuously monitor AI and automation trends (GenAI, ML, NLP, Computer Vision, etc.).
  • Recommend new tools and platforms (including Power Platform, RPA tools, and AI frameworks).
  • Pilot and validate innovative solutions before enterprise rollout.



Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, developers, and IT teams to design scalable solutions.
  • Ensure smooth integration of AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.



Program Delivery & Governance

  • Lead AI initiatives from ideation to deployment and scaling.
  • Establish KPIs to measure success and ROI of AI adoption.
  • Ensure responsible AI practices, compliance, and data governance standards.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) development
  • Data science or data analytics
  • Automation technologies (e.g., RPA, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Digital transformation or innovation initiatives



Demonstrated track record in driving AI or advanced technology adoption within organizations, from concept through implementation

Hands-on experience with relevant tools and platforms, including:

  • AI/ML frameworks and development tools
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)



Strong understanding of the end-to-end AI lifecycle, including ideation, solution design, development, deployment, and scaling
