The role with responsibility to manage export sales team and strategically maintain or/ and increase revenue growth for the company
The position will involve close collaboration internally with all levels of Sales Team, as well as cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, PLM, and Pricing. Externally, the role will engage with Customers, Distributors, and New Prospects. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue. Also, building relationships with potential clients and partners, and negotiating deals.
The role involved with planned, developed, and implemented go-to-market and growth strategy of Energy Innovation (Business Development) functions, focusing on new energy technologies, e.g. Energy Storage System value chain, and carbon credit-related business, to achieve the organisation's short and long-term growth strategy. Direct and oversee both brownfield and greenfield projects to ensures that all projects are met industrial standard qualities.
For this role, you will develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales growth, optimize processes, and ensure long-term profitability for the region. The role requires leading negotiations, collaborating with stakeholders, and analyzing performance to achieve business objectives.
