The Managing Director will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company's operations, with a particular focus on debt collection services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, proven experience in debt collection, and a track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
As the Managing Director (MD) of the business, you will be at the top and forefront of the retail industry, overseeing end-to-end operational excellence. This includes setting operational standards, optimizing store layout and space utilization, selecting merchandise, and executing strategic initiatives. The core of the business is to strengthen operational excellence while expanding and leading the company in a highly competitive environment.
We are recruiting a CFO with the ability to manage nearly 10 entities across various industries. The company is currently restructuring its operations to enhance group shared services and elevate the quality of finance and accounting functions. This position reports directly to the Managing Director, who is also the company owner.
The role with responsibility to manage overall plant operation including production, maintenance, safety, logistics & supply chain as well as admin team. Work closely with regional managing director in APAC as well as managing plant P&L and budget planning to get the most return on investment.

As one of the company's largest production bases, it offers significant exposure to regional operations in other Asian countries with similar business models. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the hotel and hospitality business unit. This role requires an experienced leader with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive growth and profitability.
As the COO, you will lead overall operations and system enhancements while strategically driving sales revenue for a dynamic retail company. You will leveraging your expertise in operation setup and management systems. with a focus on adapting to the dynamic Thai business environment and experience with major retail groups.
Manage sales activity and revenue in Thailand. Sell products through distributors and build relationship with end users included utilities sector. Work closely with management team oversea to make and deploy strategic initiatives such as gain share and grow the market.
