This role leads all corporate service functions including finance, legal, HR, procurement, and governance for a high-growth industrial development platform. Working closely with the CEO, you will ensure strong operational foundations, financial discipline, and organisational readiness to support rapid expansion.

Our client is a leading regional developer focused on large-scale industrial and infrastructure-led developments across Southeast Asia. The company is building a flagship platform in Thailand with strong growth ambitions and long-term investment strategy.

Job Description

  • Lead corporate governance, legal, and compliance frameworks to ensure full regulatory and policy adherence
  • Oversee legal advisory, contract negotiation, and dispute management for strategic partnerships and projects
  • Manage Board governance, corporate records, and statutory requirements to ensure transparency and control
  • Lead finance and planning functions including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Support capital allocation, investment decisions, and portfolio performance tracking with the MD
  • Establish strong financial controls, cost governance, and risk management frameworks
  • Oversee cost management, procurement strategy, and contract administration across development projects
  • Ensure procurement delivers cost efficiency, transparency, and alignment with business goals
  • Manage contractor performance, claims, and budget adherence for major projects
  • Provide strategic leadership to HR, including workforce planning, talent development, and organisational design
  • Drive culture, engagement, and transformation initiatives to support a scaling organisation
  • Oversee administration and shared services to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the MD on financial, governance, and organisational matters
  • Enable cross-functional collaboration to support commercial, development, and operational teams
  • Represent corporate services in leadership discussions and regional initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • 15-20 years of leadership experience in corporate services, finance, legal, or governance functions
  • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in large, complex, or fast-growing organisations
  • Strong background in finance, risk management, and corporate governance
  • Experience in industrial, infrastructure, real estate, or capital-intensive sectors preferred
  • Ability to partner with senior leadership and operate effectively at executive/board level
