Working closely with top leadership, you will drive commercial expansion, infrastructure strategy, and long-term portfolio value creation.

Our client is a leading regional developer focused on large-scale industrial and infrastructure-driven developments across Southeast Asia. The business is launching a flagship growth platform in Thailand, backed by strong capital and long-term expansion ambitions.

Job Description

  • Lead development of corporate, mid-term, and annual strategic plans aligned with business growth objectives
  • Translate market intelligence, macro trends, and leadership vision into actionable initiatives
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director on growth strategy, investments, and capital allocation
  • Identify and drive commercial opportunities across industrial, logistics, and ecosystem-related businesses
  • Shape customer-centric and tenant-led development strategies to enhance competitiveness
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, development, asset management) to ensure execution feasibility
  • Define and lead strategy for utility-related businesses (e.g., power, water, telecom, renewable solutions)
  • Build strategic partnerships with infrastructure providers, stakeholders, and authorities
  • Oversee long-term master planning, including land use, infrastructure, and sustainability integration
  • Ensure alignment between planning, ESG considerations, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, legal, and digital teams
  • Support regional coordination and alignment with broader group strategies
  • Lead, build, and develop a high-performing corporate planning team
  • Drive data-driven decision-making and strengthen planning governance and processes
  • Monitor business performance, KPIs, risks, and ensure disciplined capital deployment

The Successful Applicant

  • 15-20 years of experience in corporate strategy, planning, or business development in large-scale real estate, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
  • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in complex organizations
  • Strong track record in strategic planning, investment analysis, and cross-functional execution
  • Experience in industrial estates, logistics, utilities, or mixed-use developments is highly preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and operate at executive level
