Job Description

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business goals.
  • Oversee procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate favourable terms.
  • Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Analyse data to inform decision-making and optimise processes.
  • Lead and develop the supply chain team to achieve departmental objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in procurement and supply chain management, highly preferred from food retail business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise operations.
  • Good command in English
  • Experience in supplier negotiations and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of inventory planning and demand forecasting.
