Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end P&L management, providing insights on drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Run monthly & quarterly forecasting, ensuring accuracy and actionable targets.
  • Deliver financial analysis
  • Conduct scenario modelling and simplify reporting for decision-making.
  • Identify performance gaps, recommend corrective actions, and ensure closure.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SEA FP&A Manager should have:

  • 8-12+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or business partnering (MNC background preferred).
  • Experience managing P&L for multi-market or regional business (FMCG ideal).
  • Excellent financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Thai speaker with good English proficiency or SEA expat based in Thailand.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
