We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery and help teams improve how they work together. In this role, you will guide cross-functional teams, support Agile practices, and ensure smooth delivery of product and technology initiatives.

Job Description

  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach team members on Agile and Scrum principles to improve teamwork and delivery
  • Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
  • Identify and remove blockers that may impact team progress
  • Monitor sprint progress and communicate updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback, metrics, and team support
  • Encourage a culture of transparency, accountability, and self-organization
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure alignment
  • Support Agile transformation and adoption across the organization
  • Use tools like Jira and Confluence to manage workflows and reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
  • 3-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile role
  • Good understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience working with cross-functional product or tech teams
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environments
  • Scrum certification (e.g., PSM, CSM) is preferred
  • Experience with Agile transformation or large-scale delivery is a plus
