Job Description



  • Provide production support for system and enterprise applications
  • Troubleshoot system, integration, and data-related issues
  • Support post go-live stabilization and incident resolution
  • Monitor interfaces, batch jobs, and CSV data processing
  • Analyze SQL queries, data flows, and system logs
  • Support integrations between ERP and supply chain platforms
  • Coordinate issue escalation with regional IT teams and vendors
  • Participate in system testing, deployment support, and process improvements

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 6 years of experience in system development, application, or ERP support
  • Strong knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL and Linux scripting
  • Experience supporting integration, interfaces, and data flows
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or enterprise systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced production support environment
