Job Description

  • Lead and oversee product launch activities across Asia, ensuring plants are prepared for new programs, upgrades, and project rollouts.
  • Drive execution and coordination of cross-plant and cross-regional launches while ensuring adherence to company launch systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on financial planning, budgeting, and commercial strategies throughout program phases.
  • Ensure successful end-to-end program delivery, including milestones, reviews, approvals, and timely risk escalation
  • Monitor and guide plant teams to complete all required launch deliverables and dashboards with consistency across the region.
  • Build, develop, and optimize regional launch teams, including talent development and succession planning.
  • Standardize launch processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in operations or program/launch management in a regional or multi-country environment.
  • Strong background in automotive manufacturing and logistics.
  • Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and business case evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with strong English proficiency.
