Job Description

  • Supervise daily production operations to ensure output, quality, and safety targets are consistently achieved.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as OEE, yield, and inventory levels, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies to enhance operational performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Support problem-solving activities and drive corrective actions to address production challenges.
  • Coach, train, and develop production operators to strengthen technical capabilities and team engagement.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the production team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Possess at least 5 years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement principles.
  • Have experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
  • Possess strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Have a good command of English, both written and spoken.
