Job Description

  • Develop and implement indirect procurement strategies aligned with business objectives (i.e. construction, IT infrastructure, facilities, transportation)
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with company standards and performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging trends in the retail industry.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and report on procurement activities, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organisational goals and deadlines.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and sustainability in the procurement process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Manager (Indirect Procurement) should have:
