Job Description

  • Support the planning and execution of local marketing activities, campaigns, and brand events.
  • Participate in the organization of client events, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and campaign performance updates.
  • Support the distribution and coordination of marketing materials across retail locations.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to marketing operations, including supplier coordination and payment follow-up.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Provide daily support to the marketing team on ongoing projects and activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communication, events, or a similar role.
  • Experience in luxury, retail, hospitality, or premium consumer brands is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
