Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation for brands under the business portfolio.
  • Analyze P&L statements and provide actionable insights to the Board.
  • Support feasibility studies for branch expansion or closure
  • Drive financial improvement projects and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Oversee financial systems integration into a unified platform.
  • Act as a financial controller ensuring compliance and governance standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • Strong background in finance and accounting with analytical expertise.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, consolidation, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with SAP and financial system integration projects.
  • IPO preparation experience is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in food or retail sectors.
  • Thai speaker with good English proficiency
