Job Description

What you'll do

  • Lead monthly reporting, variance analysis & performance storytelling
  • Partner closely with commercial teams to drive decisions and challenge assumptions
  • Own budget, forecast & strategic planning cycles
  • Manage and enhance financial planning systems

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or commercial finance (FMCG experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
  • Experience with financial planning tools is an advantage
  • Thai Speaker with good English communication
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines
