The Facility Manager is responsible for leading all facility operations, including maintenance, grounds, housekeeping, safety, security, and related services to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant club operations. The role oversees strategic planning, budget management, vendor coordination, facility improvements, and team leadership while ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest operational standards.

Job Description

  • Oversee facility operations across maintenance, grounds, housekeeping, safety, and security functions, ensuring compliance with Club policies and legal requirements.
  • Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs, facility inspections, and infrastructure improvement projects to maintain operational excellence.
  • Manage safety and security programs, including emergency preparedness, fire and life safety systems, CCTV operations, and risk management initiatives.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, capital projects, vendor contracts, and outsourced service providers.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop teams while driving service quality, productivity, and staff performance across the Facility Division.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in facility management, building operations, maintenance, project management, or related infrastructure environments.
  • Strong expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance, physical security systems, space planning, and vendor management.
  • Proven people management experience with strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and service-oriented skills.
  • Strong financial management capabilities, including CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, and excellent written and spoken English skills.
