Job Description

  • Maintain and improve electrical and control systems across production lines to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Manage and troubleshoot PLCs, electronic programs, drives, vision systems, and automation equipment used in manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate daily with production teams to resolve urgent issues, execute work orders, and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are met.
  • Lead and monitor assigned maintenance tasks, ensuring quality execution and proper handover to machine owners.
  • Apply TPM principles, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives, to solve recurring equipment issues.
  • Manage maintenance activities within SAP PM, including work orders, spare parts, and maintenance records.
  • Support and coach technicians through technical guidance, training, and standard work development.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in industrial maintenance or plant engineering.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Siemens PLC programming, drives, and HMI systems.
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems, wiring, motors, and industrial automation equipment.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure, including shift work, overtime, and emergency support.
  • Good command in English.
