Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and manage the IT and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of new digital tools and systems.
  • Ensure data security, IT compliance, and risk management protocols are met.
  • Collaborate with other C-Suite executives to align technological initiatives with company strategy.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Manage the technology budget and optimise resource allocation.
  • Build partnerships with external vendors and stakeholders to enhance technological capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Technology Officer (CTO) should have:

  • A strong background in technology leadership within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven expertise in digital transformation and innovation strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, software application development and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing technical teams.
