Job Description

  • Provide guidance and hands-on support in driving Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across manufacturing sites.
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Partner with factory teams to design and execute CI projects that enhance efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
  • Coordinate with internal functions to develop and deliver training programs related to CI, Lean, and Six Sigma tools.
  • Track and monitor cost-saving outcomes from CI initiatives, ensuring performance is measured consistently.
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly reports on project progress, savings, and key performance indicators.
  • Support the implementation of standardized CI practices across operations to ensure sustainability.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across manufacturing and supply chain teams.
  • Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for productivity improvement and waste reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align CI initiatives with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma roles.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using tools such as Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, and Mistake Proofing.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in Minitab for data analysis and statistical evaluation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on cost reduction and performance improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
