Job Description

  • Provide analytical support on sales performance, profitability, and customer trends to guide business decisions
  • Evaluate sales and order patterns to highlight potential risks and growth opportunities early
  • Conduct customized analyses to assist the sales team with pricing strategies and margin improvement
  • Contribute to forecasting and budgeting activities alongside the commercial team
  • Track and explain variances in gross margin against targets, identifying key drivers
  • Maintain and enhance pricing data processes, including supporting global pricing structures
  • Design and automate dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility for commercial teams
  • Manage reports related to incentives such as rebates and sales commissions
  • Assist in building monthly business performance presentations
  • Partner with IT and operations to improve data accuracy, reporting quality, and workflow efficiency
  • Provide relevant sales data to cross-functional teams to support broader business needs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst should have:

  • Around 5 years of experience in a business or commercial analytics role
  • Educational background in finance, economics, data analytics, or a related field
  • Experience working in an international or cross-cultural environment
  • Strong foundation in analytics, financial modeling, and statistical concepts
  • Proficiency in English for both written and verbal communication
