Job Description

  • Drive revenue from data commercialization tools and support business development through hands-on analysis of retailer data to deliver actionable insights.
  • Manage assortment and space planning aligned with category trends, store formats, and target customers; conduct regular reviews.
  • Develop and enhance analytical tools and processes; identify opportunities to standardize and automate solutions.
  • Track new product performance, maintain templates, and recommend keep/remove decisions based on trial results.
  • Oversee space allocation strategies and recommend standards by store type and location.
  • Maintain up-to-date market insights and share with commercial teams.
  • Ensure proper handling of delisted items, including markdowns and vendor returns.
  • Identify product gaps and communicate opportunities to drive sales, traffic, and engagement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
  • 3-5 years in data analysis, BI, or commercial analytics (retail preferred)
  • Strong analytical and customer segmentation skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally
  • Proficient in Excel, BI tools, RMS, Oracle Retail
  • Good communication and presentation skills; able to travel as needed
