The Regional HR Director is a newly created role reporting to the (expat) CEO who is based in Bangkok.You will be a strategic partner to the CEO, acting as a trusted advisor to him and working as part of the overall Leadership Team for the region. This role will cover 5 countries in Asia. If you have regional HR experience covering Singapore/Malaysia from Thailand it will be a distinct advantage.
