You need to take proactive steps to advance the MCO risk management plan, ensuring thorough risk assessments are carried out and risks are effectively controlled. At the same time, you have to gain insight into the underlying causes of problems and subpar performance, pinpoint areas where controls are ineffective, and push for corrective actions with relevant business leaders.
Ensure meticulous oversight of treasury tasks, including liquidity management, banking relationships, and cash flow forecasting, within a broader role overseeing the daily financial and accounting functions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute treasury, finance, and accounting responsibilities, while contributing to strategic decision-making on financial matters for the organization.
