In this role, you will be focusing on building employee branding and employee engagement thru effective communications, engagement events and activities etc. This is an exciting role for candidates who has relevant experience with strong strategic communication skills. The position is based in Bangna and requires travelling to different sites.
The candidate will be responsible for handling the entire HR scope of the office, supporting the HR manager.
The role includes office setup, database maintenance, communication management, overseeing attendance, government correspondence, and interoffice communication interpretation. It also involves HR tasks like recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, policy management, HR information systems, visa/work permit assistance, and finance duties such as bank reconciliation, invoice administration, and supporting accounting.
Responsible for ensuring the day to day HR functions are performed in accordance policies and procedures and HR best practice and to provide direct advice and guidance to Stakeholder on HR policies and procedures. He or she will be in charge of implementation of the annual HR objectives and other HR projects. This role will also supervise the Snr. HR, HR Officer and Assistant to ensure they carry out their responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
The role involves driving organizational change and fostering a strong culture through HR interventions. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, overseeing functions, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance. Key tasks include attracting and retaining talent, managing performance, and implementing engagement initiatives.
