Job Description

  • Develop and implement the product marketing strategy for Food and Bakery Ingredients, aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to drive product innovation, ensuring the launch of high-quality and competitive products.
  • Oversee brand positioning, ensuring the brand resonates with target audiences and strengthens the company's reputation in the market.
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, utilizing digital, traditional, and BTL channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with sales, supply chain, and other key departments to ensure product availability, pricing, and promotions align with marketing efforts.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance excellence.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI on marketing activities.
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously refine the product offering and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing within the FMCG sector, with a focus on Food and Bakery Ingredients.
  • Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and driving product innovation.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
